Technical Issues
If you find a bug, broken link, missing image, or a problem with downloads or pattern PDFs:

- Helpful details to include: the page URL, the device and browser you’re using (including versions), a clear description of the issue, and screenshots or a short screen recording if possible. If a file download fails, note the filename and how you tried to download it.
- We’ll confirm receipt and, when possible, let you know an estimated fix time.
